Head Chef Tobias Schwarzendorfer elevates Surf ‘n’ Turf with perfectly paired favorites from land and sea available as an outstanding a la carte selection.
Highlights include succulent Australian beef tenderloin with pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, crispy pancetta and green asparagus, delicious pork fillet and grilled black tiger prawns with potato chips, spring onions creamy garlic sauce, and flavorful slow cooked crispy pork belly with Alaskan king crab legs, braised bok choy and pepperonata salsa. There’s also grilled striploin steak with Canadian Maine lobster boiled and served with parsley and clarified butter, and pancetta wrapped monk fish served on saffron risotto with caviar and squid ink foam.
