From 1st October – 30th November 2016, Executive Chef Tobias Schwarzendorfer and his talented culinary team at the renowned steakhouse will delight diners with delicious dishes using succulent beef from Australia, Japan and the USA. Prime tenderloin, tomahawk, striploin and T-bone cuts will include Australian Sher Wagyu, Jack’s Creek 170-day grain fed Black Angus, prized 100% pasture fed Hereford beef, 30-day dry aged Rangers Valley Black Onyx beef with a marbling score of four, and more. There will also be steaks from Japanese Kobe Tajima cattle and Miyazaki Olympic champion Wagyu, and St. Helen Black Angus from Washington, USA.
