The new signature cocktails include the Shiso Vesper Martini, a bold, herbaceous rendition of the classic Vesper made with shiso-infused gin and vodka to create a distinctly Japanese martini, and Le Jardin Rouge, a fragrant blend of Rouge Metis by Mariage Frères infused in Beefeater Gin, mixed with cranberry juice, lime juice, cherry liqueur, sugar syrup and soda. During Happy Hours, you can try our new cocktail menu with a Sparkling Princess, a refreshing and crisp cocktail made with vanilla, lychee and a hint of Mekhong, or Wireless South Side, our interpretation of the classic South Side gin cocktail with cooling cucumber and mint. There are also fabulous wines of the world, including labels from the Japanese Grace Winery, and more.
