Just because you don’t have too much time to spare during weekdays it doesn’t mean to say you can’t enjoy lunch, now that Savelberg has introduced new set two- and three-course menus designed for those in a hurry.
Available during weekdays, and ideal for business entertaining, the set menus are a fine example of the cuisine that has amassed Chef Henk Savelberg a total of four Michelin stars in his native Holland.
The two-course set menu is priced at 990++ baht and begins with pan-seared scallops prepared with crustacean stock and served with hollandaise sauce. The main course offers a choice of New Zealand roasted lamb fillet with confit potato and green asparagus, or pan-seared North Sea monkfish with pommes soufflé.
For the three-course set menu, priced at 1,600++ baht, the appetiser is lobster and foie gras with pickled vegetables and fresh salad, and a main course of North Sea turbot, served grilled with celery and chanterelle mushrooms. Time for dessert? Rhubarb with yoghurt and a raspberry and vanilla sauce.
