Chic Weekend Bistro Specials is a new modern French set promotion made by Chef Mark Ian Jones (click here to get to know him better!) There are more than 27 menus to choose with free flows of white wine, red wine, beer, or soft drink for only 2,100++ baht/person. Feel free to drop by every Saturday between 12:00 – 14:30 and Sundays 18:00 – 22:30.

Chicken liver parfait with red onion marmalade and toasted brioche

To start your meal with different textures: cold chicken liver cut in a small cube with sweet red onion marmalade and toasted brioche is the first appetizer. The marmalade is a good way to reduce the smell of liver.

Scottish smoked salmon rillette with lemon zest, caper, dill crème fraiche and spring salad

The second cold appetizer comes with shredded salmon rillette mixed with lemon zest and olive. This meal looks like Tartare: the sour taste, salad and roe, which would delight Tartare lovers.

Smoked free range chicken breast salad with avocado, smoked bacon, walnuts and mustard
