Today, Chef Joost Bijster is presenting his 3 succulent dishes to ensure total guest satisfaction. Arouse your appetite with the innovative Beetroot Salad. The freshly-made mozzarella cheese arrives firm and moist with a mild tasting flavor of buffalo milk, bursting with the flavors of beetroot and pomegranate seeds. Served on a beautiful white plate, the dish is excellent for both eyes and taste buds.
The second menu is the King Crab meat that melts in your mouth wrapped in a thin slice of white radish, enhanced by the flavors of the refreshing cucumber and homemade yogurt.
Last but not least, the restaurant’s signature menu Risotto Tom Yum brings together the classic Italian risotto and distinctive flavor of tom yum to create a new burst of flavor, garnished with a slice of torched lime, a big chunk of grilled prawn, and a foam made from coconut milk.
