The Suit & Tie, meanwhile, is defined as a drink for men. Sailor Jerry rum, red wine merlot, and fresh lime juice meets homemade syrup made with cinnamon, maple syrup, and star anise, offering a scent of spices with a sweet note.

This month, R Bar is hosting a special “Mexican Night: A Hot and Spicy Evening” featuring 5 sumptuous Mexican dishes using the finest imported ingredients from Mexico created by the hotel’s Executive Chef Jose Martin Ruiz Borja.
The Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos offers a flavorful taste of Mexico with an interesting combo of minced chicken fried with cilantro, lime, cumin and paprika, served with taco shell and toppings like tomato salsa, cheese, and cilantro. Also served with taco shell is the succulent Jalapenos Fish Tacos, a Mexican staple of fish meat and Jalapenos peppers with cumin, paprika, and tomato salsa, along with a sauce of oil and chili flakes.
A new twist on Mexican favorite, the bite-sized Mexican Crispy Shrimp Bruschetta arrives attractively with a big chunk of shrimp sitting on the crispy nacho and chucky avocado cream, topped with mango and tomato salsas, whilst the Tequila Lime Shrimp, consisting of shrimps fried with bay leaves, lime, cumin, and paprika is flamed with tequila to add a bold flavor of the liquor to the food.
Finally, the Seafood Ceviche Shooters served in a shot glass filled with delicious pieces of shrimp and squid, together with mango and tomato salsas, olive oil, lime, and coriander is supremely delicate and exceptional with a touch of Mexico.
