Water Library Brasserie at Central Embassy relaunched a brand new a-la-carte menu in a true French brasserie style that promise to tantalise the palate. Led by executive Chef Haikal Johari, the team behind the kitchen of Water Library Brasserie at Central Embassy has revamped the a-la-carte menu, now emphasizing more on classic French dishes that are not only rare to find in this town but these dishes are both refined and hearty.

Baked Camembert
Tortellini of Morel Mushroom

The new menu includes a traditional dish from Lyon, Lyonnaise salad (THB390), frisee salad tossed in warm Dijon mustard dressing and topped with a poached egg and crispy pork belly. The pan-seared Foie Gras is now served with plums from the Royal Project, beets and pineapple sauce, the decadent whole Baked Camembert is served with truffle honey and crouton. Notable items from the main courses include Salmon a la Niçoise (THB 670) — a twist on French classic, using seared salmon instead of tuna, hearty Côte De Boeuf (THB3,900)— this prime rib steak is ideal for sharing and is served with the signature Pommes Aligot, originated from central France—mashed potatoes combines with melted cheese that has been whipped until the texture is stretchy and smooth, a side dish that promises to warm you from inside-out. For a lighter main dish not to be missed is the homemade Tortellini of Morel Mushroom (THB 380) served in a refreshing vegetable nage.
