Flawlessly serene, this sky high garden is elegantly designed to exude an overwhelming sense of calm and comfort. Artificial turf, rattan sofas, and illuminated trees give the bar the impression of being outside in nature. There is also a counter bar located near the entrance where the skillful mixologist is shaking and mixing your favorite cocktails.

At Saffron Sky Garden, the menu revolves around local Thai ingredients to create a Modern Thai Street Food, mostly finger food. Though the food will be artfully presented in a modern style, the ingredients and flavors still remain fully Thai. Massaman Spring Rolls, Sweet Chili Sauce

The crispy fried spring rolls are tastefully stuffed with Massaman curry, giving the spring rolls savory taste and sensational aroma from herbs and spice. It is served in a tiny basket with a bottle of sweet chili sauce. At Saffron Sky Garden, Chef Renu has transformed the Massaman curry into a delicious finger food while keeping its original flavor. You won’t need steamed rice for this. Just clean your hands before enjoying them.

Grilled Eggplant, Crab Meat Salad, Coconut Dressing

Chef Renu has creatively reinterpreted the classic Thai Grilled Eggplant and it is absolutely stunning! Beautifully garnished with lotus petals, the grilled eggplant comes in a glass with a light salad consisting of fresh jumbo lump crab meat and coconut dressing topped with soft-boiled quail egg, caviar, and gold leaf. It offers a refinement in taste and texture with a combination of all the first grade ingredients.

Spicy Squid Leg Larb Spices, Chili Mayo-Sauce

Another simple menu with an astounding depth in flavor is the golden-fried squid tentacles made spicy and tangy with chili flakes, lemongrass, fish sauce, kaffir leaves, and lime juice. It is sprinkled with toasted sticky rice for crusty texture and roasted fragrance as well as sliced shallots and chilies to complete the larb flavors. Eat it together with the sour mayo dipping sauce and you won’t be able to stop.

Crispy Spicy Chicken in Wonton

Bringing Thailand’s most beloved dish ‘Pad Krapow’ to another level, Chef Renu has taken the original taste and texture of Thai basil chicken to create a tempting filling for the crispy wonton. Slow Cooked Beef, Longan & Spices

Of the Saffron Sky Garden’s house specialties, the beef is slow cooked for 6 hours with longan and spices until smooth and completely melted. Soaked up the sauce and seasoning nicely, the beef is so luscious and the taste goes all the way through each bite. The food is served on the spoon with shallot chips and cherry tomatoes as an accompaniment.
