Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok is excited to welcome the talented chef and semi-finalist of MasterChef UK 2014, Theo Michaels on April 27 and 28 for two extraordinary nights.
Theo is a regular on ITV’s “This Morning”, BBC Radio Weekend Kitchen and the Food Network’s “The Big Eat”. The skilled chef reached the semi-finals of MasterChef 2014, and has since gained recognition for championing Modern Greek cooking. In the UK, Theo runs a pop-up restaurant serving his 8-course taster menu, and also hosts private dinner parties.
On Thursday April 27, Theo will prepare five dishes from his delicious Mediterranean favorites to enjoy with five selected wines at our chic gastro lounge, BarSu.
On Friday April 28, Theo will also collaborate with our Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo for a fabulous “Four Hands, Five Courses Dinner” at our award-winning restaurant, Rossini’s. Together, the two chefs will create a menu infused with their passion for high quality ingredients, fresh flavors, and beautiful presentation. It promises to be a night to remember.
