Bring 2017 to a glorious end and welcome the New Year in dazzling style in the glittering, romantic setting of the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
Dining in the Garden – Celebrate the final hours of 2017 under a starry sky by dining al fresco in the romantic setting of the hotel’s pool-side gardens. Guests will enjoy a special New Year’s Eve international buffet with a BBQ grill and live cooking stations.
Menu highlights include an ‘Oyster and Raw Bar Station’ offering a selection of five different types of seasonal oysters as well as seafood ceviche and carpaccio – style tuna, salmon, swordfish, sea urchins, king crab, mussels, baby octopus, queenie scallops and smooth clams.
The European charcuterie and cheese board offers a choice of Pata Negra, Cecina, Parma ham and a wide selection of imported cheese.
Chefs at the BBQ grill will be cooking Australian lamb rack, Wagyu beef medallion, Atlantic lobster tails and river prawns. Other highlights include whole roasted Italian porchetta, Dijion-crusted roast beef hind quarter and whole roasted seabass in a salt crust.
This truly international buffet and BBQ dinner also include a range of Thai delicacies such as som tam gai yang; pad Thai; khao soi; tom yum lobster and tom kha gai. Delicious dessert items are guaranteed to sweeten and cyrstalise this romantic evening beneath the stars.
Entertainment is provided throughout the evening by a live jazz and swing band and all guests will countdown to midnight with a glass of complimentary Champagne.

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin – diners are invited to bid farewell to 2017 by embarking upon a classic gastronomy journey featuring award-winning cuisine from renowned Michelin-star Chef Henrik Yde Andersen.
This incredibly crafted ten-course New Year’s Eve dinner includes tom yum prawn served with noodles, prawn cracker and prawn cake; trio of oysters; Maine lobster with frozen red curry; seared foie gras with ginger and plum sauce; mussels, tamarind carrots and Wagyu beef with krachai oyster sauce and corn flakes. This set menu is perfect reflection of Chef Henrik’s unique ability to prepare popular Thai dishes with amazing modern techniques.
Sweeten this special celebration evening with the refreshing lime Thai basil and Chef Henrik’s famous banana cake salted ice-cream.
The restaurant team will add sparkle to the countdown as midnight approaches by serving a glass of complimentary Champagne to each guest.

Brasserie Europa – Start the New Year in style with family members, friends and loved ones at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
Brasserie Europa unveils its extravagant and lavish New Year’s Day feast in the form of an extensive international buffet lunch. Highlights include a ‘Foie Gras Station’ with selection of pan-fried, terrine and crème brûlée.
Health conscious diners will enjoy the body-cleansing ‘Detox Bar’ with fresh vegetables, fruit juices and a Bloody Mary trolley.
Seafood lovers will appreciate the ‘Seafood Counter’ and ‘Sushi and Sashimi Counter’. The premium ‘Seafood Counter’ offering includes smoked New Zealand mussels, snow crab, claws, king crabs, Maine lobster and Fine de Claire oysters. The ‘Sushi and Sashimi Counter’ features a selection of rolls and maki with Norwegian salmon, tuna and king fish.
The ‘Carving Station’ offers Australian prime ribs and whole roasted duck plus a variety of side dishes such as mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, broccoli tempura and fried rice.
This fantastic New Year feast concludes with a mouthwatering and extravagant choice of desserts includes cherry crumble pie, New Year log cake, French New Year cake (La Galette des Rois), festive New Year cupcake, passionfruit mille feuille, macaroons and home-made pralines, NY lollipops, caramel chocolate fountain with various condiments, freshly made crêpes and pain Perdu with forest honey and lavender ice-cream.
