An established Bangkok institution for the lavish buffet experience, The St. Regis Bangkok ends one year and begins the next with an exceptionally delicious and extensive lunchtime and dinner affair. Highlights include 24-hour, slow-cooked whole Wagyu beef legs, sous-vide New Zealand lamb rack, vodka-cured Scottish salmon, Black Iberico ham from Murcia and grilled Boston lobster, as well as a host of delectable desserts and cheeses.
