Enjoy an evening under the starry sky in the garden of The House on Sathorn with live music from talented bands as you feast on a limitless buffet dinner at The Courtyard. Nothing can top counting down with the best comfort food. The unlimited dinner includes a variety of stations starting from appetizers that includes foie gras terrine, traditional poached Scottish salmon belleveue and more. Continue the meal with our seafood on ice station with lobster, Alaskan king crab, oysters and more or at our Robata charcoal grill station featuring misco cod, chicken shish kebab, Australian wagyu flank steak and more. Choose your mains from our carving station with roasted goose, whole suckling pig, Australian roast rack of lamb, wagyu sirloin paired with tradiational sides such as winter mushroom confit, black truffle potato dauphinoise and a selection of artisanal French cheese. For one day only, our team has created a special 7-course set menu to welcome 2018. The New Year’s Eve Voyage features the finest ingredients and The Dining Room’s signature dishes like ‘Childhood Summers’, with tomato, basil, salca and goat cheese. Other highlight dishes include ‘Kuzu Kebab’ with lamb spare-ribs, eggplant and lamb caramel. Lastly, a rich dessert, ‘Snow Red’ featuring beetroot, yoghurt, astina and blueberries.
