Every day in June for lunch and dinner, La Tavola & Wine Bar at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel invites you to celebrate the unique taste and luscious texture of the prized seasonal harvest of Bassano “White Asparagus” in such incredible dishes freshly prepared using only top-quality ingredients and Italian produce. Begin the meal with Gourmet white asparagus risotto with homemade Italian sausage, while selecting the mains of Pan-seared black Cod with white asparagus, beans and Tarragon or Wagyu ribeye and white asparagus au gratin with porcini and complete the seasonal journey with many more of Italian-inspired dishes.
