Move on to a main course of Pan-Fried Duck’s Liver served with baby onion cake and fresh sautéed rosemary Girolle mushrooms flavored with wine sauce or Argentinean Rib Eye Beef served with white asparagus and fresh Cèpe mushrooms in a Meaux mustard sauce. Girolle are one of the most prized and sought after wild mushrooms due to their exquisite taste with an aroma that hints at fruity apricots and are very versatile and work well in many different ways.
Cèpe or Porcini is one of the tastiest of wild mushrooms. They are grown in pine forests and ideal to cook with beef.
Black Trumpet have a smoky, rich flavor and a pleasant, fruity aroma. They are difficult to find because of their dark color and strange shape which makes them look like little black holes on the forest floor.
