Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara marks the annual Hinamatsuri Girls’ Festival with special Japanese Gozen, Kaiseki, and Okosama Zen menus for girls. Held when peach trees are in bloom, it’s a time of prayers for the health and happiness of young girls. During the festival, which dates back hundreds of years, people also decorate their house with beautiful hina dolls.
