Yamazato, the award-winning restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, welcomes Mr. Atsuhide Kato CEO of the revered Japanese sake brewery Katoukichibee Shouten this November for an evening of culinary delight in which the exquisite cuisine of Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara and his team is paired with some of Japan’s finest sake.

Yamazato Sake

Prior to the dinner, Mr. Kato, an eleventh generation member of the family that first started the Katoukichibee Shouten brewery, will give a brief talk on Born sake and how it has been paired with the 6-course set menu.
