ณ ห้องอาหารอิตาเลี่ยน Rossini’s แห่งโรงแรม Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, เชฟ Gaetano ได้นำเทคนิคการทำอาหารแบบดั้งเดิมมาผสมผสานเข้ากับความทันสมัย และสไตล์ของเขา เพื่อที่จะรังสรรค์เมนูที่โดดเด่น และลงตัวทั้งในเรื่องของรสชาติและการนำเสนอ
เมนูใหม่ของเชฟ Gaetano ประกอบไปด้วย Dall’orto – From the Garden, D’Amare – From the Deep Blue Ocean, La Carne – From the Butchery, และ I Piatti della Ricerca – The Chef’s Menu. เมนูแต่ละแบบนั้น มาพร้อมกับจาน อาหารเรียกน้ำย่อย, ซุป, พาสต้า, จานหลักและของหวาน ซึ่งแขกสามารถเลือกได้ทานเป็น 3,4 หรือ 5 คอร์สได้
ไฮไลท์จากเมนู From the Garden ได้แก่ salad of heirloom baby beetroots with fig and cylinder of goat’s cheese and truffle honey และ Tuscan vegetable soup with a soft hen’s egg. สำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบอาหารทะเล พบกับเมนู From the Deep Blue Ocean ซึ่งมาพร้อมกับเมนู อาทิเช่น rosemary smoked salmon with Parmesan cream, sweet pickled baby onions and onion powder และ roast turbot with zucchini, Culatello ham and Taleggio cheese ท่านยังสามารถเลือกทานเมนูเนื้อชั้นดีจาก From the Butchery อาทิ Wagyu beef tartar with burrata cheese and summer truffle และ lamb loin with cannellini beans and pancetta
นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูที่คิดขึ้นมาจากอาหารจานโปรดของเชฟ Gaetano อย่าง The Chef’s Menu ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย Culatello di Zibello ham with white asparagus and morel mushroom และ Australian Angus beef tongue with Sicilian red prawns scented with Spanish mandarin ไฮไลท์อื่น ๆ ได้แก่ carnaroli rice risotto with green peas and braised beef cheek และ guinea fowl breast with Belgium endive, orange flavor and parsnips
ปิดท้ายกันด้วย carrello dei formaggi ที่เต็มไปด้วยชีสนานานชนิดจาก Piedmont และ Tuscany อาทิ Tuma dla Paja และ Testun Barolo ตามด้วยเมนูของหวาน อย่าง dark chocolate mousse and coffee granite และ hazelnut soufflé with Gianduia sauce
