เชฟ Henk Savelberg ได้คัดสรรสุดยอด White Asparagus จากเมือง Limburg ประเทศเนเธอแลนด์ มารังสรรค์เป็นเมนูสุดพิเศษพร้อมเสิร์ฟที่ Savelberg Thailand มีทั่งเมนูเรียกน้ำย่อยอย่าง white asparagus with beetroot, hazelnuts and beurre noisette (ราคา 950 บาท) หรือจะเป็นจานหลักอย่าง pan-seared North Sea monkfish fillet with white asparagus, pommes soufflés, and antiboise sauce (ราคา 2,100 บาท).
นอกจากนี้เชฟ Henk และ chef de cuisine Rick Dingen ยังได้เตรียมเมนูพิเศษประจำวันรวมไปถึงเมนูพิเศษที่ปรุงออกมาจากคำแนะนำของแขกให้ได้ลิ้มลองกันอีกด้วย
