เชฟสุพจน์ สุวรรณวงศ์ หัวหน้าพ่อครัวใหญ่ โรงแรม Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok ได้นำเอาเพลงโปรด “I Believe I Can Fly” ของศิลปินอาร์ เคลลี่มารังสรรค์เมนูหลากหลายให้ลูกค้าได้ชิมโดยมีเมนูแนะนำคือไก่อบธัญพืชสอดไส้เห็ดทรัฟเฟิลดำเสิร์ฟพร้อมผักต่างๆ และ ไวน์ซอส ราคา 1,995 บาท ในขณะที่เมนูอื่น ๆ เริ่มต้นที่ราคา 750 บาทเท่านั้น
