Trader Vic’s at Anantara Riverside introduces a new brunch concept “Get fresher and better”, bringing Bangkok’s foodies and families a flavourful new way to spend their Sundays.

Guests are invited to savour a variety of sumptuous offerings from live cooking stations including a charcoal grill, with expertly grilled meats featuring tastes like Wagyu and Tenderloin. A raw seafood bar invites with oysters, tuna poke and caviar. Tastes of the Pacific Rim abound in selections from the island barbecue and choices from the a la carte menu.

Commenting on the new brunch, Executive Chef of the Anantara Riverside, Ashley Coleman, said, “The new brunch is perfect families, friends or couples. We’re excited to offer Bangkok a different way to do brunch – with a diverse range of dishes from the Polynesian islands, Trader Vic’s famous tiki style and our tropical setting right on the river.”

Complementing the Hawaiian dishes are the signature cocktail creations to whet the palate for a relaxing afternoon. End the brunch on a decadent note with treats from the Sweet Shop and Ice Cream Parlour. Island-inspired sounds from the live band can be enjoyed in the lush riverside garden.
