Beef Carpaccio with Black Truffles
“Café Milano” celebrates New Year with authentic Italian cooking. Enjoy the healthy and lean Beef Carpaccio highlighted with Black Truffles. The paper-thin sliced prime beef is topped with aromatic shaved truffle, rocket leaves, caper and olive oil.

Chargrilled Lamb Fillet
Lamb lovers don’t miss Char-Grilled Lamb Fillet with Eggplant Puree. Imported New Zealand lamb is marinated with olive oil and herb, then grilled, sliced to bite-size and tossed with green pea and mint oil sauce. The dish is served with eggplant puree. Fish selection includes stellar choices like Roast Turbot with Potatoes, Beans and Pesto Sauce where deep-sea turbot is pan-seared and minimally seasoned with salt and pepper then served with sautéed vegetable, garlic and homemade pesto.
