Alvin King Kong Leung, British born Canadian raised self-taught chef, whom Michelin awarded three stars for his restaurant in Hong Kong, Bo Innovation. Leung gained nickname, “The Demon Chef”, from adventurous invention of his own style, which he labeled “X-Treme Chinese”. It is a molecular gastronomy fused with Chinese cuisine, a molecular take on Chinese cooking from the self-styled ‘demon chef’. Bo Innovation is Alvin’s restaurant in Hong Kong where one can experienced his “Xtreme Chinese” cuisine It has been awarded a 2 stars from the Michelin Guide, and received many accolades, and the experience there is like any other with his tattooed chefs, Zen décor, and impeccable service. His culinary creativity can also be experienced at Bo London, his second restaurant in Mayfair, which received one Michelin star.
