Born in New Zealand to a Chinese father and Egyptian mother, Bobby Chinn has lived a very international life – educated in England, he worked in the USA (on both the east and west coasts), then travelled the world, and finally settled in Vietnam in 1996. Along the way he developed a passion for food and cooking as well as seeking authentic flavours from across the world and he is now a renowned master of modern, global cuisine.
