Over almost 18 years of experience as a chef, Purida thoroughly understands what it takes to make a restaurant a success from paying attention to every minute detail, maintaining the standard and quality, conceptualising and creating new menu, to maintaining good relationship with customers. Moreover, she has mastered various cuisines throughout her career but her forte remains Thai cuisine.
