On January 20, the all-day dining restaurant located on the lobby floor at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, Mondo, in collaboration with Chivas Regal hosted a ‘Chivas and Cigar Night’ at the Mondo restaurant featuring three distinctly different blends of Chivas Regal whisky: Chivas Regal 12 years, Chivas Regal Extra and Chivas Regal Mizunara.
Each Chivas Regal whisky was introduced by the company’s regional brand ambassador Mr. Paul Nealon and was perfectly paired with sample dishes created by the hotel’s executive chef Supoj Suwanwong, while the cigars were presented by Mr. Jean Wolf from the supplier ‘2 Cigar Guys’.
Chivas Regal 12 Yrs – Cured Citrus Salmon

An exclusive signature whiskey inspired by the Japanese whisky-making techniques, Chivas Regal Mizunara, matured in rare and unique Mizunara oak casks, is sweet and creamy, with a tiny bit of fruit and spice, a perfect pairing with pan-roasted australian angus striploin with a total feeding period of 270 days served with avocado, wasabi, lime and coriander.
