Chef Frank’s interpretation of the classic English afternoon tea includes cucumber sandwiches, glazed lavender pound cake, caramelised Earl Grey éclairs, English summer pudding, hazelnut and caramel macaroons, dark cherry Bakewell tart and more. Guests may choose from an extensive selection of coffee and tea blends. The afternoon tea experience may also be enhanced with Chandon Brut sparkling wine or Louis Roederer Champagne.
