The St. Regis Bangkok celebrates Easter Sunday Brunch on Sunday 27th March, from 12.30pm until 4.00pm with a magnificent brunch covering four restaurants and bars. Created by the Director of Culinary Matthew Woolford, enjoy an extraordinary brunch of the finest fare matched with the finest wines and champagnes, which will flow seamlessly from VIU to the Drawing Room, The St. Regis Bar and Decanter.
Priced at THB 6,000++ per person, commence at VIU with an assortment of antipasti, salads, foie gras, oysters, caviar, shellfish on ice, freshly prepared sushi and sashimi. Follow with made-to-order main courses, carved premium meats, slow-roasted prime rib, stir fries, Thai specialties, house made pasta and other delights. Highlights including the San Francisco Inspired Seafood Market Room, European Farmhouse Cheese Room, Caviar and Gravlax Trolley and Kids Easter Egg Painting contribute to a banquet of edible indulgence.
Wonder into the St. Regis Bar and order a potent martini or a cocktail of your choosing. As a fittingly delightful finale, make your way to the Drawing Room for charmingly decadent desserts or explore our international cheese room in Decanter. Meanwhile, little ones can stay occupied by decorating their own Easter Eggs or by participating in balloon art activities.
In the spirit of the Astor family, The St. Regis invites guests to dine á la the elegance and grandness reminiscent of the early 1900s where the family created a style of splendor with the opening of The St. Regis New York in 1904. Since then society welcomed a new era of lavish and decadent dining.
Complementing the monumental amount of food will be an unlimited flow Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne, Cloudy Bay, Cape Mentelle and Terrazas Reserva wines. A selection of charmingly decadent desserts will leave your taste buds well and truly tantalized. All stations will be regularly replenished, so there’s no need to rush – your table is yours for the whole afternoon.
Of note is the stunning view overlooking the verdant greenery of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and the magnificent city skyline, and this is one Sunday tradition not to be missed.
Book a table well in advance, and done your Sunday best.
