The curated selection of legendary eateries, bars and cafés offer delicious dining highlights to visitors, tourists and working crowds.
To whet the appetite of gourmet burger lovers alike, the masterminds behind London’s hottest “Burger & Lobster” made a special appearance prior to its official opening at GAYSORN VILLAGE in the near future. Followed by a variety of legendary, on-of-a-kind specialty eateries such as “Duke”, “Paste”, “Riedel Wine Bar & Cellar”, “1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt”, and so on.

At the event, the atmosphere was reminiscent of a charming food festival village filled with great food, drinks and lively music. KORAKOT SRIVIKORN and the management team offered a very warm welcome to honored guests before officially proceeding with the grand opening ceremony. The celebration guided guests along a fantastic culinary journey set in a Europe-esque food festival setting where quality restaurants and their top master chefs and sommeliers gathered brought out their finest culinary signatures for all to sample. For instance, “Duke” indulged event goers with superb whisky drink pairings and assorted cheeses at the contemporary speakeasy art space whisky bar. “Paste”, an award-winning fine Thai dining restaurant served robust dishes inspired by ancient, aristocratic recipes. Incredible The finest Spanish Ibérico ham, cured for 42 months, was introduced by the world’s first and only artisan wine bar “Riedel Wine Bar & Cellar”. Side dishes with Stracciatella and Bottarga on sourdough, Mortadella mixed with Tomato confit on Ciabatta chips, cheese and cold cuts were a delight. Signature tea cocktails made with the Bangkok Blend, exclusively available only at GAYSORN VILLAGE, Ceylon Tea rice with lemon, Ikura shoyuzuke and shaved truffle as well as Matcha Carbonara, were proudly presented as the newest seasonal menus items from the legendary “1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt”. “The Mandarin Oriental Shop” served the prestigious Marriage Frères French tea with dark chocolate salted caramel. Rich, alluring aromas steaming out from space-like coffee making instruments included the Chemex technique at “Starbucks Reserve™ Experience Store”. The original Cantonese restaurant “Xinn Tien Di” proudly presented their famously succulent 12-hour roasted Peking Duck. Sweet coconut ice-cream and banana in coconut sauce, were signature desserts served up by “Provence”.
One other highlight of the day was the introduction of the latest restaurant to join the Gaysorn Food Villave, “Burger & Lobster”, London’s hottest fast food restaurant since 2011. Standing behind the concept of quality ingredients and the freshest lobster around, “Burger & Lobster” assured that palates of Thailand’s gourmet lovers will be in for a treat for the first time at GAYSORN VILLAGE soon. Mr. Ricardo La Monica, Franchise Operation Manager of Burger & Lobster, came directly to share the story and inspiration behind the famous classic menu. Furthermore, many of Thailand’s outstanding restaurants were also affirming to join the savory squad, such as Boyy Café, Eric Kayser, Kub Kao Kub Pla, Nabezo Premium. To make a special evening even more special, leading food gurus, Ploy Chariyaves and Fluke – Krirkphol Masayavanich, took the stage to reveal their personal tastes and dining lifestyles. They also added insights on the world of food with event MC, Kalamare – Patcharasri Benjamas.
