At the elegant Up & Above Bar we celebrate the season of love and romance with the Hearts and Roses Afternoon Tea.
At Up & Above Bar, our talented pastry chefs have created a delicious heart-healthy afternoon tea low in fat and cholesterol. Savoury delights include smoked salmon on pumpernickel, tomato gazpacho with walnut bread and basil, white and green asparagus in filo pastry, and smoked trout with cucumber and fresh horseradish. There are also sweet treats including macaroon hearts, chocolate fudge brownies, and butterscotch truffles to enjoy with coffee, Saro teas or Blanc & Rose by Mariage Frères, a legendary white tea mixed with oriental rose petals that produce a floral fragrance and a fresh, velvety taste in the mouth. You can also choose to enjoy the afternoon tea with Sake, Prosecco or Champagne.
Hearts and Roses Afternoon Tea is available at Up & Above Bar from 2 January – 31 March 2017. The Hearts and Roses Afternoon Tea is available daily from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. at Baht 1,190++ inclusive of selection of premium coffee or tea for 2 persons, Baht 1,690++ with Sake (250 ml) or 2 glasses of Prosecco, Baht 2,750++ with two glasses of Champagne.
As part of The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s ‘Five Years of Success, Five Months of Sharing’ anniversary celebrations, the hotel will donate Baht 55 from every Hearts and Roses Afternoon Tea and cocktail sold during 2 January – 28 February 2017 to the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation.
