Sumptuous Sunday Brunch in the Garden

The tremendous banquet occupies a beautiful lush garden of the Parichart Court on the ground floor, in which guests can choose to sit either inside or alfresco areas in 3 separate dining areas: Aqua Bar, an open-air lounge filled with natural light and fresh air, accompanied by smooth jazz melodies from the live band; Spice Market, a Thai restaurant designed to resemble a traditional Thai spice shop; and Madison, a contemporary steakhouse featuring stylish furnishings in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.

Behind the Kitchen Door

The kitchen is run by the hotel’s executive chef Nicolas Schneller, a French native whose passion is to enhance guest dining experience with his new innovative creations. He began his career learning and training from top hotels and restaurants in Europe, and worked as both a pastry chef and an executive chef at many restaurants before joining Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
