Downtown office workers and anyone who loves a bowl of delicious noodles can now enjoy this lunch-time staple in style – and just the way they like it. The Kitchen Table at W Bangkok introduces “My Noodle, My Style”, a new noodle menu allowing guests to get creative.
Business life means lots of decisions. Lunch guests opting for My Noodle, My Style will be making their most enjoyable delicious of the day. They’ll make all the decisions too – it’s their call on every ingredient: noodle, soup/ broth and even cooking method.
On the menu are plenty of traditional soup ingredients along with premium choices. Guests choose from two categories, noodles with broth or stir-fried noodles. Each category includes many vegetable selection, among them Chinese cabbage, Thai gooseberry leaf, braised shiitake mushroom and Hong Kong kale. For protein, the menu offers beef, chicken, duck, pork and seafood options.
Truly setting apart My Noodle, My Style from an everyday bowl of noodles are the menu’s premium ingredients. Those having noodles with broth can big up their bowl with Wagyu beef shabu, king tiger prawns, Alaskan King crab or snowfish; while stir-fried noodles can be enhanced with the same beef, prawn and crab ingredients in addition to unagi, seared foie gras and sea urchin.
