The Art of Dining proudly presents Pascal Barbot, Chef Owner of 3-Michelin Star Astrance from Paris, France. The Astrance, 3-Michelin Star restaurant in Paris with a ranking of 36 in the 2015 “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” will close, then Chef Pascal Barbot will relocate his entire Chef Team at La Scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok, from 10-15 November 2015.  This opportunity is a dream come true for all French cuisine fine dining gourmand – plus the wait is now over for one of the hardest restaurants in the world to book a reservation!

Pascal uses travel as a source of inspiration and constantly reinvents his recipes, giving free rein to his imagination. His experience has clearly influenced his approach at Astrance, which combines French haute-cuisine with exotic ingredients from the Far East. Cream and butter are used sparingly to deliver his style of food, “Modern French with Asian influences.” In November at La Scala, Pascal will bring with him a selection of highly imaginative special recipes including the following, which will be available for both lunch and dinner.
