Created by extremely talented, new Japanese Executive Sous Chef Yuya Okuda, the new brunch combines the ultimate in French bistro style with the chic comforts of La VIE – Creative French Cuisine restaurant. His intriguing new a la carte menu introduces some new twists on the gastronomy cuisine design with excellent presentation and decoration that the restaurants is known for, with the same delightful culinary magic learned from the many Michelin-starred chefs who visit the restaurant regularly throughout the year.
Amidst the fabulous dishes of the Weekend Bistronomy Brunch, discerning diners will also be pleased to discover touches of Japanese artfully fused with traditional French, showcasing the skills of Chef Yuya who is an expert in both cuisines.
