Le Normandie is pleased to welcome Alain Solivérès, chef de cuisine from the two-star Michelin Le Taillevent in Paris, from 4 to 9 July 2016. A native of Beziers in southern France, Chef Solivérès believes ‘true cooking is all about simplicity’. Celebrated for his authentic French gastronomy Solivérès will showcase his culinary philosophy of using tradition to inspire innovation, and respecting the seasons.
The renowned restaurant Taillevent celebrates this year its 70th anniversary and joins Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in our 140th Anniversary celebration through this special 6-day culinary journey at Le Normandie.
