The world-famous Peninsula Afternoon Tea receives a flavourful Spring Festival makeover between 16 January and 31 January. Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Pelloie has crafted a China-inspired selection of sweet and savoury delicacies for afternoon diners to enjoy.
The special sweet and savory items including a Peking duck sandwich, Mei Jiang’s signature BBQ pork puff, Imperial mandarin mousse and black sesame lantern. Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea is served at The Lobby between 16 and 31 January 2017 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
