At Red Sky, we take pride in using only the finest in-season produce in all of our dishes. To keep up, we’ve just updated our Seasonal Menu for the month of October – available as a tasting set or a la carte basis as well as premium imported ingredients, our chefs have locally sourced a range of fresh mushrooms and rustic vegetables from Thailand’s Royal Project farming foundation.
