For the whole month of September, Red Sky at Centara Grand at CentralWorld is excited to present a one-off Tasting Menu, courtesy of acclaimed French Chef Christian Ham and his team.
Chef Christian Ham has worked in some the finest Michelin-star kitchens around the world, including in Paris, Hong Kong and, for the last six years, he’s called Bangkok home.
Some of his signature creations that we’re rolling out as part of this unforgettable dining experience include Celeriac & Truffle Remoulade, Slow-Cooked Bresse Chicken, Baked Rainbow Trout, and Pheasant & Foie Gras Pie.
