Tapas Y Vino Spanish Restaurant located on 2nd floor at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit which located nearby BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit. You will be attracted by the flashy red color of the restaurant as the red wall and hot-tone colors carpet as well as the Spanish music which gives you excited and joyful atmosphere like you are walking into the bullring in Spain.

The staff of Tapas Y Vino welcomes us with her friendly smile, then takes us to review this restaurant. The decoration of this place is decorated by using the power from red color so it will let you a bit hungry and want to enjoy the mouthwatering Spanish dishes. Tapas Y Vino has its own identity as the opening kitchen where you can sit on the bar in front of the kitchen and then enjoy talking with the chef. About the private room, there are 6 seats private room which decorated as the high-ceiling wine cellar and the luxury chandelier that suitable for private dinner with your family. He is a talented young chef with a simple three-pronged philosophy of “respecting tradition, using the finest ingredients, and bringing pleasure to diners.

Chef Jeremy discovered his love for food as a young boy, learning the “cuisine de grandmère”, the cuisine of his grandmother. The aspiring young chef’s interest grew into a passion and he went on to pursue a career in the culinary arts. After graduating, Chef Jeremy’s natural talent and commitment enabled him to find work in prestigious 2 and 3 Michelin-star restaurants and to collaborations with renowned chefs Eric Fréchon, Daniel Boulud and Olivier Samson. Prior to his appointment at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit, Chef Jeremy was Executive Sous Chef and Chef at L’Appart, Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. His time in Thailand proved to be an inspiration, enabling him to draw on a palette of new ingredients and flavour combinations to develop new and exciting menus. With his role as Executive Chef, Jeremy has created an enticing menu that is the culmination of his inspiration, creative flair, and the influence of years spent working alongside Michelin star chefs. He invites guests and discerning diners to discover his contemporary approach to cuisine that brings together international flavours and fine technique for a truly memorable dining experience at Tapas Y Vino

 “Tapas” are a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine that is created to a variety of tastes from many ingredients such as mixed olives, cheese chopitos, which are battered fried baby squid. So, you can enjoy tapas as the savories eaten with drinks while talking with good friends. That is the style to eating the Spanish know as tapas. Now, you can choose the selection of 5 Tapas pairing with 1 bottle of wine or 1 pitcher of Sangria!

Sangria is a typical beverage from Spain and Portugal. It normally consists of red wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a small amount of added brandy. Tapas Y Vino served Sangria as a pitcher suitable for 4 people. While you are drinking this Sangria, you will feel to the aromatic from orange juice and Star Anise. The taste is a little bit sour, but it’s very good for delighting your taste buds.

“Spanish Tortilla omelette”

This is one of the Vegetarian Tapas menus, made from the egg cooked with potato and then served as little balls. It’s sweet and a bit oily. You can dip with the Spanish mayonnaise for a bit sour to make this dish be more harmonious!

“Potatoes bravas/ red bell pepper couli/ mayo”

This a fish tapas inspired by the Japanese Sushi. The fried salmon wrapped with nori seaweed cut into 4 pieces and then topped with the signature sauce made from fresh wasabi. The salmon is so fine, you can dip a little bit of Spanish mayonnaise. The fresh wasabi sauce that mixed with the Spanish mayonnaise is a new experience!

“Sausage Botifarra / potato/cabbage”

Spanish Sausage Botifarra served with mashed potato and cabbage. The sausage is salty and a little bit spicy, eat it together with the potato and then enjoy the flavorful and harmonious feeling.
