The Dining Room is buffet restaurant located on the Lobby Level of Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. This place is one of people’s most favorite buffet restaurant in Bangkok. The restaurant has a nice contemporary decor, it’s looked elegant by earth-tone colors. With high wooden ceiling that compatible with golden lights and beautiful decorated garden in front of the restaurant, make the setting look more luxury and comfortable. The Chef

Chef ‘Li Shu Tim’, an executive chef who has worked with Grand Hyatt Hong Kong since it opened in 1989. He started to join the food and beverage industry at the age of 16. With many experiences in Cantonese foods, Chef Li Shu Tim has created his own unique style called ‘home-style Cantonese recipes’, the pure authentic Cantonese foods. He said “No foreign influences, no nouvelle nuances ‑ just traditional dishes lovingly prepared and graciously presented.” Furthermore, he used to go aboard performing his amazing Chinese dishes in overseas including Indonesia, Philippine, Australia and Japan. The Cuisine

Indulge yourself into this special promotion comes with many delicious authentic Cantonese menus created by Chef Li Shu Tim. The specially selected Chinese condiments as following: ‘Pecking Duck’, one of Chinese national foods served with crisp skin. To eat with scallion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with spring-pancake rolled around the fillings. This menu is crispy and chewy, the hot duck skin topped with bean sauce give you sweet but harmonious taste.

‘Chinese Suckling Pig’, the traditional Chinese food beginning at Guang Dong. The meat from suckling pig is pale and tender and the cooked skin is crisp. It’s crispy and sweet like the traditional taste of suckling pig.

‘Deep-fried Prawns with Salad Cream’, big prawns fried then cooked with salad cream. The crispy feeling of fried prawns mixed with little bit sour taste buds from salad cream, believe us you will love it.
