Taking you on a culinary journey across the Kingdom of Siam, specialties gracing the Saffron table this April are Kao Tok, a traditional Northern style assorted pre-appetizer, Som Tum Papaya Salad from the North East known also as Isaarn, the legendary Tom Yum Kung river prawn spicy soup form the Central Plains of Thailand and Massaman Curry, the dish “par excellence” of Southern Thailand and a fine selection of mouthwatering desserts to complete your meal.
