Chef Henk Savelberg has handpicked the best of the white asparagus from Limburg, Netherlands to serve in a selection of exceptional dishes at Savelberg Thailand which highlight an appetizer of white asparagus with beetroot, hazelnuts and beurre noisette (Baht 950), and a main course of pan-seared North Sea monkfish fillet with white asparagus, pommes soufflés, and antiboise sauce (Baht 2,100).
Chef Henk and chef de cuisine Rick Dingen are also preparing daily specials, and will even follow up on the individual suggestions of guests to create something unique.
