Tatare di wagyu e tartufo estivo


New style of Tatare made from high-quality Wagyu beef and Black Truffle, comes with fresh vegetables and diced foie gras as well as special recipe sauce which presents a little bit sour taste. Tagliolini Al nero con cavolfiori e aragostella


Black Tagliolini pasta with Lobster, cauliflower and green peas. The soft and sticky pasta cooked with little salty sauce gives more smell of seafood, and it’s suitable for Lobster.

 Paccheri napoletani con aragosta e vongole


A  Neapolitan Paccheri Pasta serve with a giant Lobster salad, and coming with little sour Brittany salad dressing that there are some slice of Japanese Negi on top and then topped with special sauce made from Bottarga and Marjoram. This menu has some salty and sour tastes that come with the special smell of seafood.

Mare e monti con funghi, aragosta e filetto wagyu


The Wagyu and Lobster grilled on wooden stove to give more delicious with better smell, you can eat with some slide of tasty mushroom and appetizing beetroot that topped with little sweet and sour taste of Orange Rosemary Jus, dipping it with Wagyu or Lobster is so harmonious.
