The Express Lunch runs daily until August 31 and the prices are from B588++ to B788++ per set. For that, guests can choose from three valuable choices of a four- or five-course menu, which include soup, main course, and dessert.

All sets come with a dim sum platter of the restaurant’s most beloved dim sum items—as a starter, consisting of Shrimp Dumpling, Steamed Scallop Siew Mai, and Steamed Vegetable and Mushroom Dumpling (Fengo Dumpling), as well as a selection of Chinese house tea or chrysanthemum tea, served unlimited throughout the course.

Shang Express A (B588++)

After feasting on the dim sum platter, Chef Chow will welcome guests with an enticing double boiled mushroom soup with wolfberries, followed by three delectable main dishes which include the Sichuan style Mapo tofu with minced pork, the Sichuan style stir-fried assorted vegetables, and the Chinese staple of wok-fried noodles with soya sauce, as well as the refreshing chilled sago cream with fresh fruits to end on a sweet note.

Shang Express B (B688++)

The Shang Express B starts with the healthy and wealthy braised spinach soup with nutrient-rich bamboo pith. It then continues with the simply delicious stir-fried assorted mushroom with crispy pork and the well-combined dish of braised Chinese spinach with salted egg and century egg. Meanwhile, the fried rice with pork and Ghana pickle is in a class of its own. Finally, enjoy the chilled sago cream with fresh fruits. After that, stick a fork in you—you’re done.

Shang Express C (B788++)

The astounding creations from Shang Express C gets underway with the distinguished drunken chicken served with jelly fish salad and the addictively hot and sour Sichuan style soup with crab meat, fish, and shrimp. These fantastic appetizers are best accompanied by the bold layers of flavor of the deep-fried sea bass with chili and salt. There is also the scrumptious wok-fried morning glory with garlic and the “Fukien” fried noodles with prawns that really stands out with its elegant parade of tastes. Lastly, save some room for the incredible mango pudding with fresh mango and red sticky rice.
