Injecting added seasonal cheer, brunch features performances by the Christmas choir from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Roasted Traditional Christmas turkey, Wagyu beef, whole baked Scottish salmon, an egg station with lobster Benedict and lobster omelettes, pan-fried foie gras, Iberico ham, grilled Boston lobsters, lobster mac ‘n cheese, European & Australian oysters, and baked Japanese scallops are just some of the highlights of this decadent brunch.
