At the next corner, I would like to name it “A La Minute Italian Treat.” Freshly baked pizza from oven and DIY pasta are ready to be served.

Mega Brunch

Walking towards the back of the open kitchen you will see the soft bread with butter and soup of the day ready to be served. Today’s soup is creamy Mushroom Soup, Singapore Chili Crab Soup, and piquant Fish Maw Soup.

Mega Brunch

Next station is the Hot Pot that Jojo fans shouldn’t miss! The cheesy Alfredo Pasta with cream sauce is located next to Seafood Soup and Beef Stew. The salty stew is cooked in a slow-cooked technique that having it with jasmine rice has just made my day! Having it with baked potatoes is also another option as well.

Mega Brunch

Next is Maid-To-Order Main Courses. Chef Matthew Woolford will select a special menu of the week to serve you. Today I have Foie Gras served with Yellow Peach and Tomato Relish sauce. The Foie Gras is seared and put on Brioche before poured with the peachy, sweet and sour sauce.

Mega Brunch

The next menu is Poached Egg with Lobster in an Egg Benedict style. This breakfast-lookalike is well prepared and served on Poppy Seed Bagel and a big piece of Lobster, along with Hollandaise sauce garnished with Caviar.

Mega Brunch

The last menu is Asian style Teriyaki Saba Fish. The thick Saba Fish is perfectly grilled topped with sweet Teriyaki sauce.

The next corner is the Craving. Roasted Beef with baked tomatoes and potatoes, gravy, and other sauces are ready to be served.

The highlight of this room is the Grilled. Lobster, Tiger Prawn, Salmon, and Chorizo Sausage will be grilled at your favorite Doneness. Your plate will be served with their matching sauce, or you could also pick the sauce at your choice.

The next corner features an impressive selection of dishes from Asian, including Thai, Chinese and Japanese. Thai section offering a various kind of daily hot dishes served with hot steaming jasmine rice. A menu is including Steamed Fish in Lemon Sauce, Stir-fried Seafood in Hot Chili Sauce and Massaman curry. There is also Pad Thai Lobster, another signature item you shouldn’t miss. Once again I was totally impressed by local flavors cooked by foreigner chef at an international buffet.
