Throughout August at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant, the chic rooftop venue at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, chefs get creative in the kitchen with premium quality Dorper Lamb from Australia.
Our chefs have sourced meat from the Dorper Lamb Company, a ‘paddock to plate’ farm in Perth which is renowned for sustainably farmed lamb. The Dorper is a cross between Dorset Horn sheep from the UK and Persian sheep from Iran. The fast-growing sheep produce lean and tender meat with a superior flavour.
At Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant lamb lovers can enjoy starters of Dorper lamb carpaccio served with truffle mousse and crispy parsley, lamb tartar with olive oil, garlic harissa sauce and hummus and petits farcis stuffed peppers served with lamb jus.
The succulent Australian Dorper lamb will also feature in delicious main dishes including lamb paupiette served with potato cake, grilled lamb T-bone served with potato cake and melt-in-the-mouth sous-vide lamb shoulder served with grilled vegetables. There will also be fall-off-the-bone slow cooked lamb shank served with mash potato, grilled lamb chop served with potato confit and herb crusted lamb rack served with ratatouille.
