The Penfolds Collection 2015 launch program in Bangkok is hosted by Stephanie Dutton, Penfolds Winemaker, and introduces “The Story of Grange,” a short film showcasing the extraordinary tale of the Grange wine label and its creator, Max Schubert. Narrated by Academy-award winner, Russell Crowe, the film is set to a musical score created by Australia’s most distinguished screen-composer, David Hirschfelder.

Following a recent global launch event in Shanghai, Penfolds celebrated the new vintage release of The Penfolds Collection 2015, a family of fine wines headlined by the flagship 2011 Grange, with an exclusive media event at Cellar Room, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and customer launch at glamorous Diplomat Screen cinema at Central Embassy.
The highly anticipated annual release comes with praise for the collection from leading critics around the world. In addition to the release, for the first time this year, Penfolds also unveils a selection of wines in stylishly crafted gift boxes; and for collectors who acquire Grange, they can now personalise their gift box with a bespoke plaque denoting a name and personal message.

The Penfolds Collection 2015 spans five vintages across 20 individual wines of provenance, all proudly displaying the Penfolds ‘House Style.’ The wines in this collection are available globally at leading fine wine retailers around the world.
2011 Grange is the 61st consecutive release. This is only the sixth Grange since the experimental 1951 vintage to be 100% Shiraz (1951, 1952, 1963, 1999, 2000).
