InterContinental Bangkok’s renowned Theo Mio Italian restaurant gives diners very good reason to mark their calendars with new black truffle menu this October and November.

The month-long promotion will feature an entire menu of exquisite black truffle fare, with highlights including: Taglierini with Black Truffle Emulsion; Black Truffle with Ricotta, Ravioli and Porcini Butter; and Risotto with Black Truffle and Sage Brown Butter.

Theo Mio opened late last year to much fanfare when its founder, British celebrity Chef Theo Randall, oversaw the venue’s debut and treated the public to a culinary extravaganza. The acclaimed chef’s first international venture, Theo Mio serves its cosmopolitan clientele traditional Italian cuisine with a twist, all dishes made from carefully selected local and imported ingredients. Indeed, in the short time since its opening Theo Mio has become a preferred Italian dining destination in Bangkok, being particularly renowned for its Italian Weekend Brunch and exciting seasonal menus, as well as for signature cocktails and a list of exceptional Italian wines.

Set at ground level with direct street access, the restaurant features glass walls allowing much natural daylight and fine views onto one of the city’s most vibrant districts. A distinctive open-kitchen concept, moreover, lets guests likewise view all the culinary action as skilled chefs create outstanding contemporary Italian cuisine.
