One Star Michelin Chef Roberto Terradillos originates from El Serbal restaurant in Santander tonight he presents his seven-course dinner beginning with Tapas of both Cod and Suckling lamb, then progresses to Gillardeau Oysters highlighted by Chef Roberto’s emulsion accented by spinach and herbs. Cured trout and Sheep’s cheese are then paired with beetroots and citric. Foie gras is laced with Licorice oranges and pine nuts. Fried Hake is delicately prepared and accompanied with leeks and French bean jus. Iberian “Peresa”Charcoal fried, lastly lingering flavours of Thyme winter pumpkin and dark chocolate, bring to a close this evenings journey. Priced at THB 3,900++ per person available from 19.00 – 21.30 hrs. Accompanying the Chefs menu is a Wine pairing, featuring the premier wines of Spain, as each one has been painstakingly matched to highlight flavours, tones and individuality. One Star Michelin Chef Toni Gonzalez originates from El Nuevo Molino restaurant in Santander tonight he presents a  seven-course dinner beginning with Tapas of fried Calamari from the Cantabrian Sea then progresses to Oyster with fennel and apple juice & turkey as it all comes together in his version of a delicate dainty sandwich. Lobster medallions are accompanied with Lobster butter and salmon roe, Cocido Lebaniego stew highlights and accented with crispy pancetta, following this King of the Sea is a confit of black Cod, Oxtail braised in red wine, is the next stop on this culinary journey, and the last stop for the evening rests at a creation of Spanish Chestnuts, citric and Chocolate. Priced at THB 3,900++ per person available from 19.00 – 21.30 hrs. An innovative chef who earned a one Michelin star at a very young age, Chef Roberto Terradillos, is bringing the magic of contemporary Spanish cuisine to fine dining lovers in Bangkok. His fabulous dishes highlight Gillardeau oysters, with Roberto’s emulsion, spinach and herb jus. Coming straight from the coastline of western France, the fresh Gillardeau oysters offers the scent of sea water with a very smooth yet crunchy texture. It is complemented with Chef Roberto’s emulsion, spinach and herb jus to add more flavor and balance the taste of the sea shells.

The other star of the course is the meat dish, Iberian ‘Presa’ charcoal fried. Known as the Wagyu of pork, a well-marbled pork marinated overnight is coated with ground black rice offering a supernaturally smooth and luscious on the inside but crispy on the outside with a complexity of flavor and aroma.

With decades of experience in Spanish cooking, one star Michelin Chef José Toni González is coming to Bangkok to share his traditional Spanish recipe with a natural taste from ingredients. The journey through Chef Toni González’s creations starts with the Fried calamari from the Cantabrian sea with squid ink aioli. The crunchy fried calamari are served on the squid ink aioli sauce topped with grated lemon peel, offering a zesty and rich flavor while maintaining the original taste of the squid.

Another highlight includes Lobster medallion with lobster butter sauce and salmon roe. Live Maine lobsters are sliced into medallions. Then bath them in the lobster butter sauce and top with salmon roe. The natural sweetness of the lobster stands out with a classic touch of the creamy sauce.
